This breathtaking pattern began with a blank paper and paint.  The peice 'Jubilee Bloom' was inspired by the rich hues of summer flowers combined with the strenghth you would want from a warming cool weather pattern. It is a bold, spontaneous dance of brilliant reds, electric pinks, and deep blues. It's an energetic, hand-painted flourish straight from my imagination.
 
I carefully digitise my original artwork and then bring the design to life on an exceptionally soft blend of woven Merino wool and silk.
